Thank you Oh Allah!

Thankyou oh Allah for my life in which I am able to live on your earth.
But why am I sad at the thought of not appreciating this gift from you?

Thankyou oh Allah for my eyes in which I am able to see your beautiful creations,
But why do I not use it to read your divine words?

Thankyou oh Allah for my voice in which I am able to use to communicate with,
But why do I not use it to invoke you?

Thankyou oh allah for my hearing in which I am able to hear the Adhan,
But why di I not hear every part of my body calling out to you with passion and taqwa?

Thankyou oh allah for the strength in my hands,
But why do I not use it to hold the flag of Islam high upon the earth?

Oh Allah! I beg for your forgiveness with all my heart as I know you are the Oft-forgiver.

Oh Allah! I am a mere human being who is not immuned to this world of fitna.

Oh Allah! Increase my Imaan and taqwa in such a way that I am able to wake up the hearts of your believers – Inshallah.

Oh Allah! Thankyou for making me a true believer.
Thankyou for making me a lover for the Aakirat.

Footnote

It is imperative that we as Allah's servants always seek His forgiveness and mercy.
Remember that this world is nothing but a prison for the believers and a paradise for the non-believers. Our eternal permanent abode is the hereafter.

Always stay humble and eliminate any ounce of arrogance or pride within your hearts.

May Allah bestow his mercy and love upon us all for without that we would not be able to survive in this world – Ameen.
